副題 二言語使用(Bilingualism)



This course overviews bilinguals and bilingualism, starting with their definitions, and it covers several aspects of bilingualism, including language choice, code-switching, and psychological and cognitive issues. It also discusses childhood bilingualism, family support of bilingual children, and bilingual education.
授業の到達目標 1. To learn foundations of bilinguals, bilingualism and bilingual education;
2. To discuss bilingualism from linguistic, psychological, cognitive, and social perspectives;
3. To understand roles of family and school for bilinguals;
4. To become an ‘expert’ in an area of bilingualism and bilingual education;
5. To write a graduation thesis or a term paper by working jointly with peers.
6. To become autonomous learners of English and constantly improve your English language skills.
