授業概要 Comparative Intellectual Property law class for Japanese and international graduate students. This class can be taken both by students who have not taken IP law classes before, or students who have studied IP law in Japan or abroad. Basic introduction of fundamental areas in IP law such as patent law, trademark law and copyright law; after explain basic concepts, discussion of selected topics of recent interest.

備考・関連URL This class will be taught and conducted in English. A certain level of fluency in English will be required. It is a good class to make yourself familiar with legal terminology in IP law and related fields such as civil procedure law.
